Can I get a free custom demo of my script?
Yes. Send us your script and we'll record a short sample at no cost so you can hear how it lands — and we reply fast. Need options? We can run a casting call with several voices and post the auditions for you to choose from.
What are your rates?
Every project is different, so we don't use one-size-fits-all pricing. Share your script and a few details — usage, length, project type — and we'll send a tailored, accurate quote. For larger jobs like e-Learning modules, corporate training or complete IVR systems, we'll need the full, final scripts to quote accurately by topic, complexity and total length.
Can my team listen in and direct the session remotely?
Absolutely — it's our pleasure. Join, direct or record remotely from anywhere via Source-Connect, Zoom, MS Teams or Google Meet. We'll email the connection details ahead of the session.
How will I receive my audio, and in what format?
You'll get clean, professionally edited audio — breaths and mouth noises removed, polished and ready to use. Our standard is .wav at 48kHz (or higher); we'll deliver any format you prefer at no extra cost, via Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
Do you mix and master the final broadcast version?
We deliver pristine, professionally edited voice tracks ready to drop straight into your project. The final mix and master — adding music, sound effects and prepping for radio or your end platform — sits outside our standard service, but we're glad to advise or point you to a trusted partner.
